Who are we ?

Tonnerre, Epineuil, Tanlay, Ancy le Franc, Buffon, Fontenay, via greenways, towpaths and quiet back roads. By bike, you will explore, in total peace, some of the nicest sites of Burgundy.

Standard program :
The first day
Meet in the morning at the tourism office in Tonnerre.
Welcome, bike check and ajustments.
Your first turn of the wheels will lead you to the magnificient castle of Tanlay (Rennaissance).
You could stop for a visit or for a restful pause.
The end of the journey will lead you toward an other treasure of the Renaissance period ; Ancy Le Franc.
Think of keeping time to waste here. Last visit at 5.
Dinner and night in Ancy Le Franc, B&B or comfortable hotel
The second day
After a full breafast, heading for East, toward Montbard.
Along the route, you 'll discover the antic ironworks of Buffon, and other unveilled treasures.
At the end of the day, you could leave your bikes at the tourism office in Montbard, in front of the train station.
Montbard and Tonnerre are two major stations on the main rail way line Paris-Dijon.
Many quick links between the differents stops of you trip along Le canal de Bourgogne.
This is a suggested programme, adaptable in duration and in theme, to suit you.
The richness of Burgundy and our willingness to please you, will allow us to create a tailor made programme eg. :
